How do I buy your products on the website?

We have designed our website to be super-simple for anybody to shop from the thousands of product options! You can select any product category that interests you, and select from the many personalization & bulk discount options displayed on every product page.
Simply add the products to cart & proceed with your preferred payment options to place an orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We generally dispatch orders & share tracking details within 3 working days after payment, depending on availability of items. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, pin code, and the serviceability of the shipper in your area.
Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 8 working days after dispatch.
We understand how important it is for you to receive your orders on time. The shipping provider through which orders are sent is selected by us based on various factors such as quickest approximate delivery estimate, cost factor, serviceability in your area pin code, handling reviews, etc.
Please note: The tentative delivery dates provided to your from our end are only estimates, and we have no control whatsoever on delivery of products once parcels are picked up from our workshop. Which payment methods do you accept?

To ensure a smooth payment experience, we accept all major methods of online payment such as UPI (GPay, PhonePe, etc.), debit/credit cards, net banking & wallets.
Due to the nature of products, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) option for payment.

What is the refund policy?

All items are checked thoroughly by our staff at three stages before packing orders for dispatch; so the chances of a defective or incorrect product being sent are very less. In any rare case, if an item is received in a damaged condition upon opening the parcel, we will offer refund for the damaged item only, provided a good quality unboxing video & sufficient proof photos are made available to us on demand. The pictures help us understand your case better & avoid such errors again in the future. Complaints for damaged/defective products & refund requests for the same must be brought to our notice within 3 days after delivery.

We do not operate on fixed working hours. But our staff should generally be able to reply to your messages or queries within 1-4 hours.

Do you have any offers or promotions?

We offer many bulk discounts & lot discounts on almost all products, to provide our customers with the best value for their purchases. We generally offer up to 75% OFF for bulk orders, depending on quantity. Occasionally, we even offer hyper-bulk discounts, which can be applied to the entire order total by applying certain coupon codes.
