Cancellation Policy:
As our products are made to order and involve careful selection, cancellations are not possible once an order is placed. We do not offer refunds for cancelled orders.
However, if you've selected the wrong colours or quantities by mistake, we’re happy to assist with order modifications. Please contact us promptly via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or email with your order details.
If any changes result in an increased order value, the additional amount must be cleared immediately so we can begin processing your updated order. Please note that reducing the order value or removing items after payment is not permitted.
Returns/Refund Policy:
Every item goes through a thorough quality check at three stages before being packed and dispatched, so the likelihood of receiving a defective or incorrect product is extremely low.
In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, we will issue a refund for the affected product only — provided a clear unboxing video and supporting photographs are shared upon request. These visuals help us assess the situation accurately and work towards avoiding similar issues in the future.
All complaints regarding damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
As our products fall under the Fashion Accessories category, we follow a strict No Returns policy. We kindly request customers to review their order details carefully before making payment, as returns or exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.
