Cancellation Policy:
Orders once placed can not be cancelled under any circumstances. No refund will be offered in case of order cancellation.
However, if you have selected any incorrect colors or quantities while placing the order, and want to make changes or modifications to the order, you can get in touch with us via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or email with relevant order details.
As a result of the changes or modifications in paid order contents, any additional amount to be paid must be cleared immediately, so our team can start processing the order in a timely manner. A reduction in the order quantities or value is not allowed after payment.
Returns/Refund Policy:
All items are checked thoroughly by our staff at three stages before packing orders for dispatch; so the chances of a defective or incorrect product being sent are very less. In any rare case, if an item is received in a damaged condition upon opening the parcel, we will offer refund for the damaged item only, provided a good quality unboxing video & sufficient proof photos are made available to us on demand. The pictures & videos help us understand your case better & avoid such errors again in the future. Complaints for damaged/defective products & refund requests for the same must be brought to our notice within 3 days after delivery. Once approved, refunds will be processed & credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Customers are advised to check their order contents thoroughly before making payment on the website. As our products come under the "Fashion Accessories" category, we have a strict "No Returns" policy! No items will be accepted for Returns or Exchange under any circumstances.
